Python Job: Senior Full Stack Developer -Python

Location: Toronto

Hybrid work environment( 2 days in office, 3 days at home)

Team: 4 people in the engineering team, 4 in Machine learning team

Salary: 90-120K negotiable base + bonus +3 weeks paid vacation +benefits

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is proficient in Python Flask, React.js, and has experience working with SQL databases. You will be working on both the front-end and back-end of web applications on AWS cloud platform.

Your Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement web applications that meet business requirements

- Develop and maintain backend services using Python Flask and SQL databases

- Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js and other modern web development technologies

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack web development

- Proficient in Python Flask and SQL databases, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL

- Proficient in React.js and modern web development technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Proficiency in Angular or Vue also works;

- Experience with version control systems, such as Git

- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment platforms, such as AWS

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
